Marrying the finest Speyside, Islay and Highland single malts with specially selected grain whiskies, White Heather 15-year-old delivers full-bodied whisky with exceptional balance between honeyed sweetness and subtle peat smoke.

Undertaking a complex dual maturation system, the whisky began its life in American ex-Bourbon barrels and hogsheads, as well as a quantity of Spanish Sherry butts. Once carefully blended, the spirit was re-racked into specially selected Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso puncheons, along with American virgin oak casks, to enjoy secondary maturation at The GlenAllachie Distillery. Experienced Master Blender Billy Walker frequently monitored the spirit development to ensure optimal flavour experience was achieved.

White Heather 15-year-old is proudly presented at a high strength of 46% ABV, natural colour and non-chill filtered, allowing the quality of the liquid within every bottle to speak for itself.
