Shipping policy

Local Taxes & Duties 

UK: VAT is paid at the point of purchase. 

EU & USA: VAT is paid at the point of purchase; your local VAT rate will be applied at checkout once delivery information is entered. Orders are shipped under a DDP (delivered duty paid) service, meaning the goods are cleared with customs, and local taxes and duties are paid at the point of purchase. Please note: all orders shipped to the United States are now subject to a 10% tariff, which will be applied at checkout. All applicable taxes, duties, and tariffs are collected at the point of purchase; you will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.

Rest of World: VAT will not be charged. We operate a DAP (delivered at place) service, which means your order may be subject to local taxes and duties upon delivery. All additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

EU: 3-10 working days for EU delivery

Rest of World: 5-14 working days for delivery
