Web Exclusive: The GlenAllachie 2013 PX Hogshead Single Cask - Spirit of Speyside Online Exclusive

We are bringing the Spirit of Speyside Whisky Festival to you with our 2013 PX Hogshead Single Cask bottled exclusively for our online shop. 

Made with very ripe white grapes, air-dried to concentrate the sugars, Pedro Ximénez is a dark, sweet style aged in casks for many years in a solera system, developing a thick consistency.

Bottled at a cask strength of 60.6% ABV, natural colour and non-chill filtered, this online exclusive is a truly spectacular drinking experience. 

NOSE: Baked orange, rich mocha and heather honey, with crystalised brown sugar, buttercream, molasses and candied hazelnuts.

TASTE: Bramble syrup, honeycomb and treacle tart, followed by rich cocoa, almonds and spiced blood orange, with creme de cassis and crystalised ginger.
