Crafted with mainland peat sourced from St Fergus, this distinctive release showcases a bold, smoky character layered with rich complexity. Matured in a single Pedro Ximénez hogshead cask, the whisky has developed deep notes of dark chocolate, dried fruits, and warming spice, all beautifully interwoven with an earthy, smoky backbone.
Nose: Crystalised ginger, raisin butter and mocha, followed by heather honey, spiced orange, plum jam and smoked hazelnuts
Taste: Smoked almonds, honeycomb and fig syrup, followed by brandied orchard fruits and treacle tart, with spiced orange and plum jam.
ABV: 60.1%
